Internal Policies and Procedures to effectively address conflict of interest
- Partners and individuals employed as research analyst by IndusWealth Analytics shall not deal or trade in securities that the IndusWealth Analytics recommends or follows within thirty days before and five days after the publication of a research report.
- Partners and individuals employed as IndusWealth Analytics associates shall not deal or trade directly or indirectly in securities that IndusWealth Analytics reviews in a manner contrary to the given recommendation.
- Partners and individuals employed as research analysts by IndusWealth Analytics shall not purchase or receive securities of the issuer before the issuer’s initial public offering, if the issuer is principally engaged in the same types of business as companies that the IndusWealth Analytics follows or recommends.
